Brooke Butler heads the offices of Globaleyes and supports clients to bridge the gap between trade control requirements and the realities of international enterprise. Ms. Butler has successfully conducted U.S. State Department mandated ITAR audits, supported companies through numerous successful voluntary disclosures, assisted with development and execution of corrective action plans for small scale problems to difficult Compliance Consent Agreements. Ms. Butler is also an adjunct professor with the University of Georgia Center for International Trade and Security. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Civil Business Litigation from the University of San Diego and earned her BA from Point Loma University, San Diego, USA.
