Her more than 20+ year experience encompasses both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. As President of DBF International Inc., Dagmar advises businesses in international business development, marketing and promotion strategies. Equally at ease with small as well as Fortune 1000 companies, Dagmar has coached her clients in global market entry, trade show and events promotion, public relations, and marketing communications solutions.
While serving as Director of Global Business Development with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), she developed and executed global marketing, promotion and attendee recruitment campaigns for AEM services and trade shows, U.S. based and overseas. Her market-specific, multi-channel marketing, branding, advertising and public relations tactics resulted in record-breaking international attendance at AG CONNECT EXPO in 2010 and CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011.
Prior to AEM, Dagmar was recruited to serve as Director of International Business Development and Foreign Direct Investment at the Dallas Regional Chamber. She was responsible for development and oversight of the Chamber’s international programming and business development initiatives worldwide. While at the Chamber, Dagmar planned and executed 10 overseas business missions to promote trade and investment.
Dagmar’s career also includes leadership role at the World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas where she rose through positions to lead the Community Connections, an international business training program of the U.S. Department of State for Eurasian entrepreneurs. Her work resulted in national recognition of Community Connections - Dallas by the U.S State Department as one of the top 20 programs nationwide.
A true citizen of the world, Dagmar has travelled extensively, lived in 4 countries – Poland, the UK, Spain and the US, and speaks fluently Russian, Polish and Spanish.
