Greg Chalkley is currently the Executive Director, Global Trade Services at Maxim Integrated, officing in Dallas Texas. Maxim Integrated invents highly integrated semiconductor solutions that make technology seamless. Greg has the responsibility for trade compliance operations across Maxim’s worldwide operations. Prior to this, he held several positions in the supply chain process at Texas Instruments, including logistics, customer services, distribution and trade compliance. While working for TI’s DLP Product business, he was instrumental in setting up the distribution process for customers in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan.
Over Greg’s career, he has made an impact on several logistics and supply chain disciplines. He has been involved in re-engineering logistics activities; customer service; contract administration; strategic relationship management; EDI standards development; and lobbyist for transportation and trade regulatory reform. In addition to serving on the Executive Committee of the North Texas District Export Council, Greg has served on the Board of Directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management; the Executive Advisory Board for the University of North Texas’ Marketing and Logistics Department; and currently mentors students at University of Texas at Dallas.
