He has over 25 years in a broad range of experience which includes general management, consulting, new business development, relationship management, sales and marketing leadership, international administrative management, international board of directors, external affairs, government relations, and operations in the U.S. and in Latin America & Caribbean Region. He has proven accomplishments in revenue generation, mentoring, managing and motivating sales teams in highly competitive and mature markets and integrating priorities between sales, engineering, corporate and client issues. Javier’s background includes successful executive assignments for Texas Instruments, Inc. and Oki Data Americas, Inc. Presently Javier is Founder/President and Managing Director - Group Lamerica, L.L.C. based in Dallas, Texas. His domestic and international credentials include: Vice President of Oki Data Americas, Inc., Founder and President of his own consulting company, Director of Strategic Services, Inc., Founder and Senior Vice President of Troncoso International, Inc., President and CEO of Texas Instruments, Argentina, and various executive positions in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, El Salvador and Central America. He is a member of The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, CEO Netweavers (founding member, co–Chair Info-Technology Group), Japan America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth, Youth Achievement Foundation BOD and Mentor, Univ. of N. Texas Advisory Board, College of Business. Javier graduated from the University of Arizona, is married and has four children.
