The primary focus of the firm includes matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as general and international financial law. In 2004, Mr. Daniels founded Daniels McGowan Inc., Global Consulting in New York City. The company focuses on matters of international business, finance and trade, with offices in Washington D.C, London and San Antonio, Texas. He also serves in a consulting capacity to Nanataq Ltd., London and Belfast, U.K. His college and beyond include: Culver-Stockton College; Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, BA in Government; The Delware Law School, Juris Doctor. He is a U.S. Army veteran, National Association of Eagle Scouts, teacher, lecturer, Society of St. Thomas Bray. He is also currently writing a book, "So You Want To Be a Global Company."
