Sameer Mohan is a corporate transactional attorney with the Houston office of the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP. Sameer represents both public-held and private corporations, such as Shell Oil Company, Schlumberger Ltd., Wagner & Brown Ltd. and DaVita Inc., on a variety of corporate transactions both domestically and internationally, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and complex joint ventures and strategic alliances. Sameer is a board member of the West Texas District Export Council for the U.S. Department of Commerce and a member of the Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce. Sameer has a bachelor of arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
