This is the only program of its kind this year in Dallas/Fort Worth .

If you are a U.S. exporter, a trade professional or international attorney, you need to know if your company is in compliance with U.S. Export Regulations.

Join us as professionals from the Bureau of Industry and Security, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Office of Antiboycott Compliance, U.S. Census Bureau, and U.S. Customs will bring you the information you need to know.

Participants will learn about:

•   Flagging Special Designated Nationals & Blocked Persons List,
    country sanctions programs, complying with OFAC Regulations and
    developing a Compliance Program
•   Electronic Export Information filing and the AES System
•   Steps to determine if you need an export license or not
•   The Commerce Control List and Denied Parties List
•   Antiboycott laws and the penalties for violation of the law
•   Export compliance and enforcement
•   The role U.S. Customs plays in export compliance
